Upon purchase, a digital proof of your napkin, will be emailed to you within two business days of your order being placed. Your proofs will come with two rounds of revisions complimentary. Each revision after that incurs a $50 charge ; billed separately. Once your entire suite has been approved and signed off on, production will begin.
Orders which need a monogram or illustration designed for the suite need an additional 3-4 weeks for the production timeline. Once the artwork has been completed, you will receive a digital proof.

Production timeline is usually printed within 1-3 days after your approval. Once completed, your order is shipped with all included pieces. Please note that production timelines cannot be rushed with foil. If you have any concerns about the timeline of your order, please send an email directly and we will address any concerns prior to placing your order.
