Operation Policies

Any quote given by Ocular Kraft is valid for 30 days from the date issued. Prices are subject to change. Once payment is received, we will begin working on your design/project. All quotes given in New Zealand are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD); all other quotes will be listed in U.S. Dollars (USD). Prices listed on the website are in U.S. Dollars (USD).

A minimum order of 50 invitations is required. Any invitation orders that are less than 50 pieces, may be charged at the rate of 50 invites, depending on the invitation suites chosen. The minimum of 50 invitations usually applies to only our Laser Invitation Collection. All other stationery is quoted for the exact pieces ordered. Once you approve your final proof, quantities ordered may not be decreased.

We require a $100 USD deposit to begin the design process. Orders are to be paid in full before printing commences. All New Zealand orders will be charged GST. To set up a payment plan, please contact directly to review the terms and conditions. Once a deposit has been submitted, please allow for one (1) week for the first proof to be sent.

Ocular Kraft is open from 8 a.m. GMT + 12 to 6 p.m. GMT + 12 Monday to Friday. We do not operate on New Zealand public holidays or on weekends.

Invitations & Stationery Policies

Each order is given 3 free revisions of the design selected. After the three revisions, a $30 p/h (USD) rate is applied to further design revisions.

If you are ordering any of our Premium Suites, it is recommended that you see a hard copy sent via the post, before printing full sets of invitations. All computer monitors and printers display colours differently. Seeing a final proof or colour swatch will ensure that you are getting the colours you are wanting. Colour swatches can be ordered directly from Ocular Kraft. Our Laser Invitation Collection does not allow for samples, however, we do have other methods of ensuring your product is satisfactory, please inquire if you must have a sample.

Some invitation sets come partly assembled and simply are ready for you to put together, other suites come fully assembled. Any invitation order will have it noted before ordering. Samples that are able to be ordered, do not come assembled.

A proof form is required before we begin the printing process. This form releases Ocular Kraft from all responsibilities regarding things that are edited on the invitation. This means we are not responsible for any typos or errors. Errors include but are not limited to capitalization, spelling and punctuation. It is recommended that you share your proof with family and friends to ensure things have been looked over thoroughly. Upon submitting the proof form, no changes can be made. If a proof form is not signed and returned, the order will not be processed. It is your responsibility to carefully review your proofs for any errors- Once you give your final approval any errors are corrected at your expense.

For guest list printing, we require that you send us an Excel document with your guest list requirements. i.e. guess addresses, guess names, etc. This option is an additional cost to any order. Please ensure you see our pricing before ordering. Some invitations do not allow for guest list printing, please inquire if you require this service.

Content Release

All invitation images on our website are our content and design. Upon ordering your invitations, you agree that even though you are purchasing the design, the design still belongs to Ocular Kraft Limited and that Ocular Kraft Limited has the right to use your invitations or invitation images for promotional items including but not limited to Ocular Kraft website, Etsy, Pinterest, Instagram, Email Marketing, Facebook, any other social media, etc. The images will never include personal information such as personal mailing addresses.

All designs and concepts are the property of Ocular Kraft Limited. All work may not be reproduced in any form without consent from Ocular Kraft. We retain all rights to use the preliminary and completed designs for the purpose of display, marketing, or for other clients, upon request.

Cancellation Policies

We do not refund deposits once proofs have been issued. Refunds are not issued due to the design nature and time spent on the project. Your order is worked on the moment the deposit is made. Should you decide to cancel before proofs are sent, we will offer a full refund. Once paper or stationery supplies are ordered, refunds will not be supplied. If you need to cancel your order, please contact Ocular Kraft immediately. If your project has not gone into production, you are responsible for 50% of your deposit and any materials used or purchased. Once your order has gone into production, you are responsible for the entire amount as stated in your contract. Because of the personalised nature of stationery, orders are non-refundable, however if Ocular Kraft decides we can use some of your material as samples, we reserve the right to purchase back whatever is not used at a discounted rate.

Inconsistencies

Due to the nature of printing and batches of paper and supplies, each item will have certain variations that could be present. Ocular Kraft Limited is not held responsible for these inconsistencies.

Timeline

A timeline and estimate of completion are given in your contract. While we do try to adhere to the completion date of your contract, it is important for the client to cooperate to meet these deadlines. Ocular Kraft will not be responsible for not meeting the deadlines due to delayed action or response on the client’s part.

Pricing

Ocular Kraft Limited reserves the right to change prices without notice. Printing changes may be affected by an increase or decrease in supplier, services and or production costs.

Payments & Rush Orders

Orders may be considered RUSH if they are within a 3-4 week turn around time. Rush orders are accepted depending on availability and workload. Rush orders will accumulate a 20% charge to your order total. Final payment is due before goods are shipped or picked up. Ocular Kraft accepts credit cards through Pay Pal, Stripe, Bank Transfers and Online Payments. No cheques are accepted and orders will not begin until funds are verified.

Shipping & Delivery

All shipping and postage will be assumed by the client. Ocular Kraft is not responsible for any damages incurred during the shipping, mailing or delivery process. USPS, UPS, FedEx, Courier Post, NZ Post or any other shipping company used will be added to your invoice. You may pick up your order from our location in Auckland to avoid shipping charges. Hand delivery may be possible to limited locations.

Postal Policies

Some invitations you purchase may require additional postage due to the size and weight. Ocular Kraft advises that you take one invite fully complete to your post office and get the most accurate rate. Ocular Kraft is not responsible for invitations or stationery that is lost in the mail or is destroyed through the mailing process.
